Refund Policy

1. Free trial credits

Every new account receives 100 welcome credits so you can evaluate the service before paying. Welcome credits have no cash value and are never refundable.

2. First subscription payment

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription period, contact support@viggle.lol within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided you have not used more than 20% of the credit allowance included in that period.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge if the renewed credit allowance is substantially unused. We recommend cancelling before the renewal date if you no longer need the plan.

4. Not refundable

• Periods in which the majority of the credit allowance has already been consumed.
• Add-on or promotional purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@viggle.lol from the Google account you signed up with, include the order or invoice reference shown in your billing settings, and tell us what went wrong. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks opened without contacting support may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund can take 5-10 business days to appear.
